We are seeking a passionate and skilled Indian Chef to join our TUK TUK Hyderabadi express team in London. As an Indian Chef, you will play a crucial role in upholding our restaurant's reputation for excellence in Indian cuisine. Your culinary expertise will be instrumental in creating and executing dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present a variety of Indian dishes, ensuring they meet the restaurant's high standards for taste, presentation, and quality.

Stock Management: Responsible for stock control, including ordering ingredients and managing inventory to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.

Develop and maintain menus that reflect our restaurant's focus on traditional South Indian food, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

Manage, instruct and train kitchen staff to help deliver the menu efficiently with attention to quality, quantity, freshness, presentation.

Check the quality of food ingredients.

Co-ordinate end to end kitchen operations during service and prep time.

Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.

Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes.

GENERAL MANAGER

We are seeking a passionate restaurant manager to lead the front of house team, You will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and ensuring customer satisfaction. Food server experience is essential. We will expect you to train and coach our team of servers so they can deliver a great experience to all our guests. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining and take away experiences.
